All for a Great Cause
The Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township is more than a place of worship—it’s a vital community hub, hosting over 40,000 visits annually from members and organizations like Stanley Nursery School, Scout Troops, Helping Hands, and Lyrica Chamber Music. To keep our facility welcoming, safe, and accessible for all who rely on it, we’re launching Renewal 2025, a $260,000 capital campaign focused on critical infrastructure needs, building repairs, and essential updates. All event proceeds from this event will directly support the campaign, ensuring PCCT remains a strong community cornerstone for years to come.

Faith Forward: Crafting the Most Important Documents of Your Life. A Two Part Series
Part I, Sunday, March 16
Part II, Sunday, March 23
11:15 a.m., Halldorson Hall
Did you know that if your child is over 18 and has not given you legal written permission to access his/her medical records, you may not be notified if there is an illness or accident? Having legal papers in order is not just for the elderly. It’s a crucial responsibility every adult should take seriously in order to ensure their wishes are honored in a crisis. Adult Education invites you – and your family – to join us!
Part I (March 16)
Learn the importance of Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, Advance Directives, Wills, and all other documents that should and must be prepared and organized before a crisis. Examples of what to do – and what not to do – will be discussed. Facilitated by (retired) geriatric care manager, Lucy Deutsch.
Part II (March 23)
Learn about issues that arise as we age: how to protect a healthy spouse when the other becomes ill, the benefits and disadvantages of transferring assets, and issues resulting from outdated or improperly executed wills, living wills, and proxies. Facilitated by elder law attorney Robert A. Bernstein, Esq.
