American Red Cross Blood Drive

Wednesday, June 17, 9:30 am - 2:30 pm, Halldorson Hall

PCCT is hosting a mid week blood drive for the American Red Cross. Blood donations are always needed.

The Mission & Outreach Committee is sponsoring a “Thanksgiving in June” non-perishable food drive to benefit the Food Distribution Program at Chatham United Methodist Church. Pick up a reusable bag with a shopping list of most needed items after worship today and return it to church on or before next Sunday, June 21. Lists will be inside the bags and bags are in a bin inside the glass doors.

This year, a group comprised of 20 youth and adult chaperones will be driving to Marion, Virginia to work with Project Crossroads, a non-profit organization that is located in Southwest Virginia, the heart of Appalachia, serving the needs of families through summer home rehab, emergency electrical and plumbing repairs, firewood delivery, disaster response, and community meals.

Children from grades Pre-K through 6th are invited to participate in our Vacation Bible School Camp! This runs from Monday, July 20th to Friday, July 24th. We will spend our mornings from 9 am to 12 pm rotating through music, games, bible stories, and more! Grades 7-12 invited to volunteer as Counselors and Activity Leaders!

Welcome Back Sunday

Stay for a picnic!

Celebrate coming back together as we launch a new program year. The day begins with worship at 10 am in-person and livestreamed from the Sanctuary. The Chancel Choir will be back too! Nursery Care will be available and after the Children’s Message, we’ll have a special Church School preview for K-4^th graders. Youth in grades 5-8 will stay in worship with their families.

Following worship, the all-church picnic will be held.  All are welcome to join us in this fun annual event. Grilled hot dogs and hamburgers with chips, side salads, and lemonade will be provided by the Fellowship Committee. We’ll have games and fun for all ages, with a bouncy house and bubble party for kids! A Free Will offering will help offset costs of the event.

Join us in celebrating Thanksgiving by bringing non-perishables to worship on November 22, for donation to the Interfaith Food Pantry in Morris Plains. Following worship, please join us in Mulford Hall to help sort food. Many hands make light work for this wonderful cause! This is a Faith Forward opportunity. If possible, please bring your donations in reusable bags which will also be donated.

This is also Stewardship Sunday!  Please bring your Pledge cards for our Stewardship 2027 campaign.

Giving Trees will be up too!  Grab a tag or two!

Come out and support our Annual Cookie Walk and Soup Sale. Fill a box or two of delicious homemade cookies and soup to soothe the soul. All proceeds go to mission.
