Family Promise Grocery Support

Help Support our Four-Decade Commitment to Serving Unhoused Families
For nearly 40 years, PCCT has served as a shelter host for Family Promise of Morris County (FP), helping unhoused families transition into permanent housing. Read more about our history below.
During Covid, the shelter program moved to a local motel, and our role has been to provide groceries and household items during our previous hosting weeks (4x/year).
Please consider lending a hand to assist with this vital ministry in our county!
Choose a category or two of items for one of our three families and drop off groceries to the PCCT kitchen April 18-20 for delivery on Monday afternoon. Additional instructions are provided on the SignUpGenius page.
Our History with Family Promise: Pre-Covid, FP worked with volunteer congregations (including PCCT) to provide, on a rotating schedule, temporary shelter space, overnight staffing and meals for families in need. Many of these families are working families and often single parent families that, in most cases, haven’t been able to make ends meet to afford permanent housing.
