EARTH DAY SUNDAY – APRIL 19

We will be observing Earth Day this year on Sunday, April 19 with a special worship service and related Faith Forward program.

Our guest for the morning will be the Rev. Fred Milligan, a recently retired minister member of our Presbytery and Co-facilitator of the Advocacy Committee of Presbyterians for Earth Care, our denominational eco-justice network that seeks to inspire PC(USA) Presbyterians to make creation care a central concern of the church.

Fred will be our guest preacher in worship, where his sermon "Listen to the Animals" will be based on Romans 8:18-23 and Job 12: 7-10. See below to learn more about Fred and for information about his Faith Forward presentation.
