Psychological Health and Welcoming Change

The only constant in life is change. In this talk, we’ll explore how life changes can leave us feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or lacking joy in activities we once enjoyed. If you're struggling with anxiety, uncertainty, or existential questions, you're not alone. Life transitions, whether personal or professional, can be challenging, but they don't have to be psychologically destabilizing.
As a therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, and transitions, I use a blend of humor, coaching, and therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy (SIP). Along with these modalities, I use practices like breathwork, movement, nature, and reconnecting with tradition, purpose and vitality, while helping you navigate change with resilience and clarity.
Join me to learn how to embrace change and find psychological well-being during times of transition.
