Social Media Consultant

Part Time (six month contract)

The Presbyterian Church of Chatham Township (PCCT) is seeking an adaptable, articulate, and motivated individual with nonprofit communications experience to support efforts to improve its visibility and reach through online channels.

The Social Media Consultant’s primary responsibilities are in marketing and communications to promote PCCT’s positive culture and to broaden the exposure of PCCT to its surrounding communities. This position will also collaborate with others in the organization to achieve coordination of messages and the highest standards for external communications. This position will help coordinate organization-wide design, messaging, and content generation for online communications.

The ideal candidate will have experience in nonprofit communications, implementing strategies and developing online content, excellent communications skills, expertise with online marketing tools and social media platforms and demonstrated interest in the church's mission and purpose.  

This is a part-time, 10 hour/week, six month contract.
