Offering a welcoming church community to all people, wherever they may be on their journey of faith, celebrating the glory of God through worship, fellowship, and service.

Home Communion

For a number of our members, a temporary illness or injury, or a more permanent decline in health prohibits them from attending Sunday worship. When that happens, it can be hard to stay connected to your church family. In response, the Deacons have developed a program of Home Communion, through which a pair of Elders and/or Deacons visit members’ homes on Communion Sundays and to share the sacrament from the morning service.

If someone you know is a local member of the church and would benefit from receiving Home Communion on a one-time or ongoing basis, please contact the church office.

Home Communion Servers

All ordained Elders and Deacons, including those having previously served, are eligible to participate in this ministry of member care. Contact the church office to be added to the list of servers.  Training and resources will be provided.
